This Kolea villa is a three bedroom, three and half bath penthouse with an exquisite ocean and mountain view. It is perfectly situated overlooking the Kolea Beach Club, Anaeho'omalu Bay and Hualalai.
The African Mahogany trimmed lanai doors can conveniently
be completely tucked away into its pocket, allowing you to experience the feel
of the outdoors without ever setting a foot out of the villa. An automatic lanai
sunshade provides you with control of the sunlight streaming into the villa.

The twenty seven foot wall to wall open span gives the kitchen, dining room and living room a spacious gathering area for the entire family to comfortably stretch out and enjoy the view or the flat screen television. The gourment kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite counters, a large granite island and is fully stocked with cookware. The pendant lighting that gently descends from the cathedral ceiling, along with the recessed dimmer lights offer you ultimate control of illuminating settings by zones. |

The master suite has a private lanai and is furnished with a king sized sleep number bed, massaging recliner and an oversized wall mounted flat screen television. The master bathroom has double vanities, walk in double showers and aroman tub.
The second master bedroom is furnished with a king sized bed and also has a wall mounted television. The second master bathroom has double vanities, a roman tub and a walk in shower.
A third bedroom is furnished with a queen sized bed and flat screen television. This room also has it's own private bath with a shower. The full baths are tiled with golden tones of travertine stone and countertops.

A powder room in the hall is adorned with a copper sink, and a full size washer and dryer are available in the laundry room. This air conditioned Kolea villa is accessible by either the secured stairs, or the secured elevator.
The elevator can be operated by key or via the visual audio intercom system just within the front door. The Kolea Beach Club looks out upon Anaeho'omalu Bay and offers guests the luxuries of an infinity pool, spa, exercise cabana,keiki pond, bbq area, kitchen and tables and chairs . |

$500 security deposit; Refundable 10 days after departure
Rent is due 60 days prior to arrival
If you cancel prior to the rent being paid, the deposit is lost. If you cancel after the rent is paid, the rent is only refunded if we are able to rebook the villa. |
